The Corona Pointe Office Complex, located in Corona, CA, is a remarkable example of how modern office buildings can integrate aesthetic appeal with structural efficiency. Designed by Nestor + Gaffney Architecture and constructed by Rexco Development, this project utilizes a combination of Architectural Precast and GFRC (Glass Fiber-Reinforced Concrete) panels. The complex spans 87,878 square feet, with 29,778 square feet of Architectural Precast consisting of 313 panels, and 58,100 square feet of GFRC consisting of 320 panels.
Architectural Precast and GFRC panels were chosen for their ability to meet the design’s ambitious goals while ensuring durability and ease of installation. The combination of these materials allowed the design team to create a visually stunning facade that stands out in the Corona skyline. The project includes both Class A office spaces and common areas, providing a comprehensive and high-quality environment for businesses.
